The Toledo Museum of Art has announced three staff changes. Carol Bintz, former chief operating officer and, most recently, development officer for business and planned giving, has stepped back into the COO role since Rod Bigelow, interim director and chief operating officer, left the Museum in September to accept a position in Arkansas.
“Carol’s many years of experience as chief operating officer, her vast knowledge of the Museum, and her experience managing construction projects such as the Glass Pavilion make her the perfect choice to keep the Museum moving forward in a positive way,” said Director Brian Kennedy.
In addition, two long-time staff members have received title changes in recognition of their many contributions to the Museum. Controller Tim Szymanski is now director of finance, and IT Manager Sandy Moore has been promoted to director of information technology
