Spencer Finch (American, born 1962), In-Between Colors, 2015, portfolio of six aquatints.

The singular power of color and its astonishing ability to produce a range of psychological and perceptual effects is the focus of the exhibition Color Across the Spectrum, on view May 13 to July 30 in the Wolfe Gallery Mezzanine. The show is one of the first in a new initiative to display the Museum’s high-caliber works on paper collection in the second floor galleries, and features the recent acquisition In-Between Colors (pictured) by American artist Spencer Finch.
