In 2008, regional non-profit arts and cultural institutions collaborated to launch Toledo Area Cultural Leaders (TACL). The purpose is to combine resources, showcase our cultural offerings, and introduce audiences to organizations and opportunities with which they may be unfamiliar. Member organizations work collaboratively throughout the year.
