Hi there, I am interested in this award to help fund a trip to a glass conference and exhibition in Europe in the autumn. I am not sure if I qualify as a resident of Northwest Ohio however because I am from Canada and living here while I pursue my MFA in the glass Dept at BGSU in Bowling Green. Can you advise please?
