A Miracle Is Born

There’s a star over Bethlehem,
A light in the manger –
Come a Christmas morn
When baby Jesus is born.

Wise men follow a holy light,
Shepherds a-singing
In the midnight sky –
All come a-runnin’
Through that stable door.

They suddenly stop in their tracks
To see that our Savior is born,
This baby we all adore –
So loving and sweet
That we fall to our knees.

As Mary holds you in a white cloth,
One of the kings crouches down
To take a closer look at you –
The other two bow and smile at the sight of you.

You don’t know this yet,
But they’re all here to celebrate you.
