Elementary Student Tour Request

Note: This is only a request and does not guarantee a tour at the requested time. You will receive an email confirming your visit. Please read the 2013-2014 Student Tours: Elementary Brochure before filling out this form. We require three weeks’ notice to schedule any tours. There is a $25.00 charge for any tour changes or tour cancellations (this does NOT include weather-related cancellations).

Home Schools

Home School groups wanting Docent-led tours with studio sessions need to schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. Those with children in kindergarten or younger will then be able to go to our Family Center during that time. Classes specifically for Home Schoolers are offered on Fridays; there is a fee for these classes. Please go to our website for further information.

Bus Subsidies

Funding to help schools defray transportation costs for docent-led tours is made possible by contributions to our Children's Fund. Schools are responsible for ordering school buses. Bus subsidies are not available for self-guided school groups. To submit a request for bus funds, please complete the following section:
