The health and safety of the Toledo Museum of Art's visitors, staff and volunteers is its top priority. TMA staff are closely monitoring guidance from government agencies, including the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Ohio Department of Health and the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department, and will follow their direction as new information about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is released.

The Toledo Museum of Art has extended its temporary closure to the public through Thursday, April 30. At this time, the Museum plans to reopen Friday, May 1, with that date subject to change. TMA has been closed to the public since Sunday, March 15 to help slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and to encourage social distancing.

Public Programs, Classes, Workshops and Events

With this temporary closure, all public programs, art classes and workshops set to occur during this time have been canceled. Anyone who has purchased tickets for tours, art classes, glass art workshops, public programs or Yayoi Kusama: Fireflies on the Water can request a refund or consider their purchase as a charitable gift to the Museum. Ticket holders may contact Visitor Services at customerservice@toledomuseum.org or 419-255-8000 ext. 7448 to arrange a refund.

The following public programs will be rescheduled when possible. As new dates are confirmed, updates will be made available at toledomuseum.org. A ($) denotes a ticketed public program.
