The mask has an old adhesive repair on the back in a crack running down the center. Part of one shell eye is missing and the existing mount needs to be reworked to provide better support. Treatment will include a reduction of old adhesive on the surface, stabilization of old repairs with new adhesive and fill material and reworking or replacing the mount.
