Support
Since 1901, the Museum’s success has been made possible through the involvement of many dedicated individuals. Our founders’ commitment to art for the community, and their generosity of time and resources, set the stage for more than a century of participation in the Toledo Museum of Art.
Approximately 80 percent of our yearly funding is provided by past and present donations and memberships. Donors and members continue to provide financial resources to maintain and grow our collection and programs, all free to the public.
What Visitors Are Saying...
Thank You To Our Sponsors
Sponsorships provide companies and individuals with the opportunity to support special exhibitions and programs that are of particular interest to them. The Toledo Museum of Art has a robust and diverse exhibition schedule that allows visitors to interact with art of all different kinds from all over the world. Furthermore, since its founding in 1901, the Museum has prided itself on providing a wide range of public and educational programs for the community. The Toledo Museum of Art is supported in part by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds allocated by the City of Toledo and the Lucas County Commissioners and administered by The Arts Commission.
Sponsorships provide vital support to the world-class exhibitions and programs TMA puts on each year. In turn, sponsors receive prominent visibility as supporters of arts education in the community and special benefits.
