Sunday, April 18: 2-4 p.m.
Join Circle for a wellness-based workshop, streamed live from the Reflection Room in the Glass
Pavilion, crafted to usher in relaxation and self-reflection. Musician and certified yoga instructor,
Danielle Nolff, will offer a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses
sound to invite therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body. Participants will create
a comfortable space at home to bring relaxation, peace, and tranquility.
Participants will be provided with a brief overview of the Chakra system, properties of the
Chakras, and benefits of meditations/sound baths. This will be followed by a short breathing
exercise and a thirty minute sound bath experience. Finally, participants will be given art-inspired self-reflection prompts and an opportunity to share their experience with other
Knowing that art and museums offer a sense of peace and comfort for many during difficult
times, Wellness Together is a workshop organized by Circle, TMA’s affinity group dedicated to
inclusive and innovative programming.
This virtual event is free, but advanced registration is required; the
live-stream link will be emailed to participants in advance of the workshop.
