Prakash Karamchandani

Prakash Karamchandani is a self-proclaimed foodie and technology junkie who co-founded Balance Pan-Asian Grille, a nationally acclaimed fast-casual Asian fusion multi-unit concept based in Ohio.

Karamchandani was named to Fast-Casual.com’s Top 24 Fast Casual Executives, while his brand Balance Grille was ranked 33rd overall on the Top 100 Movers and Shakers list, and by process of elimination, Balance Grille was the number one Asian Fast Casual Concept in the country. He has spoken at a number of national conferences, including the Restaurant Leadership Conference, the Multi-Unit Restaurant Technology Conference, and is scheduled to speak at industry conferences throughout the year.

Prakash attended Bowling Green State University (BGSU) and the University of Toledo (UT) to earn a degree in finance. He met his business partner for Balance Grille while attending college, and he now serves on the board of Food for Thought and has had various positions since 2013. Prakash is a proud husband and father of two.
