Susan Palmer began her career as a high school teacher at Whitmer High School. She then joined TMA as a docent and later became the Head of Docent Education and Programs. Ms. Palmer served as the Director of Development at TMA, and after retirement she continued to support the Museum as a consultant for the Polishing the Gem capital campaign. Palmer serves on several community boards, including the Toledo Community Foundation and the University of Toledo Foundation.
